Choosing a monument is a meaningful decision, and there are many options to consider before finding the memorial that feels right. Granite and marble monuments can be created in the classic style, with names, dates, and inscriptions engraved into the stone, or you may choose an etched memorial for a more detailed and personalized tribute. Etching allows for greater artistic detail and can incorporate images, scenes, and other elements that help tell the story of the person being remembered.

Granite & Marble Colors

Granite and Marble color is an important part of creating a memorial that feels personal and timeless. Our primary granite selections are Georgia Grey, a classic light-gray stone with natural variation, and Jet Black, a rich, polished black granite that provides striking contrast for engraving and artwork. For marble memorials, Cherokee Marble is our most common option, valued for its traditional appearance and natural beauty.

We also offer a variety of additional granite colors for families seeking something more distinctive. Because these materials may need to be sourced from farther locations and transported to our team in Elberton, Georgia, they can require additional lead time and may cost up to three times as much as our standard selections. We would be glad to discuss other available colors with you, along with the estimated cost and lead time for each option.
