Lowe Vault & Monument Company want to make sure that all veterans and their family's memorial needs are taken care of. We will file all proper paperwork with Veterans Affairs (VA) to get the veteran's memorial he/she is entitled to. (Use form below to send us the information we need to get started). We will also create a memorial that not only honors the veterans service, but their spouse as well. Below are a few examples of how this can be done.

Bronze Memorials

24" x 12" Bronze veteran memorial on granite. This can be placed alone on the grave, or at the foot of the grave when a companion marker is at the top.

Bronze veteran memorial with matching 24" x 12" VA style memorial for the spouse on granite with a vase in the middle.

Granite Memorials

24" x 12" Granite Marker. Can be placed as the only memorial for a veteran or placed at the foot of the grave if another monument is placed at the head of the grave. We can also make a matching granite memorial for a spouse.

Another option is to mount the 24" x 12" Veteran bronze on the back of an existing granite monument.

Marble Monuments

We can create a matching veteran's marble upright monument for the spouse

Application Information

Please provide the information in the form so we can accurately complete the VA application for a veteran’s memorial marker. Once submitted, our staff will review the details and prepare the required documentation for the VA. After the application is ready, we will send you an email with a secure link so you can sign the form electronically.

If you prefer to complete the process yourself, you may also download the official VA form using the button below and send it directly to the Department of Veterans Affairs. You will need to get the information for the cemetery and have them sign it before you can send it to the VA. If the memorial is coming to us for install, it's best to let us take care of everything since we will need to sign the form as well.
